摘 要:[目的]了解黔南州7~14岁学生尿碘含量情况,为控制学生碘缺乏病提供科学依据。[方法]用尿中碘的砷铈催化分光光度测定方法。[结果]黔南州7~14岁学生尿碘中位数属于碘营养中的基本适宜。尿碘低于100μg/L的人数占3.23%,基本适宜占62.21%,过量占34.56%。[结论]根据每个学生不同情况,进行补充或减少以及保持碘元素的摄入,保证学生适宜的碘营养。[Objective]To know the urine iodine of the students it the age of 7 to 14 in Qiannan. [Methods] Determination of iodine in urine was carried out by As3+-Ce4+ catalytic spectrophotometric determination. [Results] The median of urine iodine of the students it the age of 7 to 14 in Qiannan was suitable. The students whose urine iodine below 100μg / L accounted for 3.23%, whose urine iodine was suitable accounted for 62.21%, whose urine iodine was excessive 34.56%. [Conclusion] According to the different situations of students, it should supplement or reduce iodine intake to guarantee suitable iodine nutri tion.
