维固黄金胶囊增加去势雌性大鼠骨密度的实验研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨维固黄金胶囊对去势大鼠骨密度的效应。[方法]采用动物实验,SPF级雌性SD大鼠55只,根据体重随机分成5组:维固黄金胶囊147、293和587mg/(kg.bw)3个剂量组,模型对照组及假手术组。每组11只动物。实验组动物去势手术3d后给药,给药12周后,测定动物体重、骨密度和骨钙。[结果]维固黄金胶囊3个剂量组的骨密度与模型对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]维固黄金胶囊可增加骨密度功能。[Objective]To investigate the effect of different dosage of Weigu gold capsule on bone mineral density in ovariectomized rats. [Methods] Forty-five Sprague-Dawley female rats at age of 10 weeks were randomly divided into 5 groups： three different drug doses groups （147, 293 and 587mg / kg.bw）, control group, sham operation group. 3 days after operation, experimental group was given drugs for 12 weeks.Then weights, bone densities and calcium quantities of bone were measured. [Results] Bone density was increased in Weigu gold capsule treated groups compared with that in the negative control group. This increase was statistically significant in three dosage groups （P﹤0.05）. [Conclusion] Weigu gold capsule could increase the bone density in ovariectomyed rats.
