摘  要:人巨细胞病毒(human cytomegalovirus HCMV)感染十分常见,并且对孕妇及胎儿危害较大,常造成流产、死胎、胎儿畸形、发育迟缓、听力障碍、神经系统迟缓等;在免疫力低下(如AIDS)、器官移植、放射损伤等条件下致后天感染或潜伏病毒再激活,引起严重症状。世界范围内研制HCMV疫苗已有30年左右,人们也进行了各种努力,但至今仍未有疫苗获准上市,并且也没有一种有希望很快获准。本文将已经研究的疫苗分为4类进行综述,重点放在最新研究成果,这4类分别是减毒活疫苗、亚单位疫苗、多肽表位疫苗和其他类别,由于亚单位疫苗研究较多,而一般亚单位疫苗都用到载体,本文还介绍了目前用到的所有载体类型,希望能对今后相关疫苗研究以及HCMV相关疾病的防治给出一定启示。Infection with human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) happened frequently. There are individuals at high risk for serious HCMV disease, including solid organ and hematopoietic stem cell (HSC) transplant patients, individuals with HIV infection, and the fetus. Congenitally infection in infants causes severe morbidity and mortality. Some of the infected infants developed hearing defects or neuro-developmental sequelae. Infection or virus reactivation often occurred and resulted in severe symptom in immunocomprised individuals such as transplant recipients, HIV-infected individuals and injured ones from radiation. Although researches in world-wide to obtain HCMV vaccine have been carried out for 30 years with numerous attempts, successful licensure of a HCMV vaccine formulation remains elusive. This article reviewed the studies about vaccines divided into four groups: attenuated live vaccines, subunit vaccines, polypeptide-based vaccines and others. Since more researches concerned subunit vaccines and such vaccines usually adopted vectors, vectors used in reports were summarized. This review was to help future consideration in later studies and help toward the goal of prevention of this significant public health problem.
