摘 要:[目的]了解生殖道分泌物分离出的细菌种类和耐药性特点,为感染性疾病的诊断和治疗提供依据。[方法]用常规手工方法分离鉴定细菌,药敏试验采用微量稀释法(MIC)测定抗菌药物敏感性。[结果]共分离出238株病原菌,革兰阳性菌占27.31%,革兰阴性菌占52.10%,白色念珠菌占10.50%,厌氧菌占10.08%。常见的G+菌主要为表皮葡萄球菌、肠球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌;常见的G-菌主要为阴沟肠杆菌、大肠埃西菌。耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)占62.50%、耐甲氧西林表皮葡萄球菌(MRSE)占33.33%、产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)大肠杆菌占59.02%。[结论]临床医生了解细菌菌群和耐药性特点,有助于临床医生合理、安全使用抗菌药物。To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of the pathogenic bacteria isolated from the secretion in genital tract, and provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of bacterial infection. [Methods] The pathogens were isolated and identified by routine method. Their susceptibility of antibacterials was detected by MIC. [Results] Among the isolated 238 strains of pathogens, gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria were 27.31% and 52.10% , candida albicans was 10.50%, anaerobe was 10.08%. The most frequent gram-positive bacteria were Staphylococcus epider-midis, enterococcus, Staphylococcus aureus; the most frequent gram-negative bacteria were Enterobacter cloacae, Escherichia coli, Methicillin resistant S.aureus (MRSA) 62.50%, Methicillin resistant S.epidermidis (MRSE) 33.33%, Escherichia coli produced ESBLs 59.02%. [Conclusion] Investigating the distribution and drug resistance of the common bacteria is helpful for reasonable and safe application of antibacterials according to different clinical situations.
