摘  要:从梳理高校教师的职业属性和专业特征着手,分析高校教师专业化面临的职前培养重公平轻效率、在职实践重科研轻教学、职后培训重学历轻素养、专业发展重个人轻群体的"四重四轻"困境,并从深化理论研究、创设外部环境、教师自觉追求三个方面提出了促进高校教师专业化发展的应对策略。From the respective of combing the professional characteristics and professionalism of college teachers, this paper is to analyze the difficulty of "Four Focus and Four Depreciation", which is comfronted with college teachers'professionalization. The idea of "Four Focus and Four Depreciation" refers to i attaching too much importance to parity and paying less attention to efficiency in the field of pre - employment training; ii attaching too much importance to research and study, but paying less attention to teaching in the field of job practices; iii attaching too much importance to educational certification and paying less attention to qualification in the field of after - employment training ;iv attaching too much importance to idividual, but paying less attention to group in the field of dis- cipline development. This paper also proposes the corresponding tactics regarding the three respectives of deepening theorical studies, cultivating outer environment and guiding the discipline development of college teachers.
