依托涉农高校建设农业高科技园区的探讨

摘　　要：农业高科技园区作为改造传统农业的一种模式,其主要目的是为了促进高新技术与农业生产的有效结合。为此,从分析涉农高校与农业高科技园区的依存关系入手,提出了园区建设对高水平涉农高校发展、加快我国农业发展方式转变、培育农业高科技产业以及推进社会主义新农村建设等方面的重要意义;论述了特色与创新、产学研结合、资源节约型、环境友好型和科学性等建设原则,以及科学试验与教育实践、示范、孵化培育、技能培训、休闲观光、农业信息服务和国际交流等主要功能。Development of high-technology agriculture parks is a useful way to modify traditional agriculture.Its main objective is to improve the connection of high technologies and agricultural production.This paper discussed values of high-technology agriculture parks on pushing the development of agriculture-related universities,speeding up the change process of agricultural development modes,breeding high-technology agriculture industries,and improving the development of new socialism villages.This paper also showed the rules of high-technology agriculture parks development,including characteristics and innovation,combination of production,education and research,resource saving,environmental kindness,and scientific development,and the functions,including scientific trial and education,demonstration,technology breeding,skill training,leisure,agricultural information serving and international communication.
