摘　　要：AD7656是ADI2006年最新推出的一种16位、6通道、同步采样的模数转换器,采用了iCMOS工业制造技术,具有性价比高、精度高、能耗低、转换速度快等优点.介绍了AD7656的主要特性、内部结构、电路连接设计及在光电电流互感器研究设计中的应用,采用现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)技术进行光电电流互感器高压侧信号处理电路中的AD7656模数转换器控制.AD7656 is a new product of ADI in 2006, which is a simultaneous sampling bipolar 16-bit A/D converter. It is designed on the iCMOS process （industrial CMOS）, which can work with high accuracy, low consumption and high speed. The main characteristic,inside configuration, circuit connection design and application in studying and designing on the optical current transformer are introduced in this paper. The Field Programmable Gate Array （FPGA） technology has been used for controlling the AD7656 converter in the signal processing circuit of high-voltage side for optical current transformer.
