氟比洛芬酯超前镇痛用于眼科手术的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察氟比洛芬酯脂微球注射液超前镇痛用于局麻下眼科手术的镇痛效果及安全性。方法眼科局麻手术90例,随机分为三组。F组于手术开始前15min缓慢静脉注射氟比洛芬酯脂微球注射液1mg/kg,P组于手术开始前15min肌肉注射哌替啶,N组给予生理盐水。观察镇痛评分(VAS),镇静评分(RSS),生命体征及不良反应。结果VAS评分F组无论术中或术后各时段均显著低于P、N两组;RSS评分F组低于P组;不良反应F组少于P组。结论氟比洛芬酯脂微球注射液超前镇痛效果良好,作用时间长,能提供良好的术中及术后镇痛,无明显不良反应,可安全地应用于眼科手术的围术期镇痛。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of preemptive analgesia with Flurbiprofen axetil in eye surgery. Methods 90 patients undergoing eye surgery were randomly divided into 3 groups. The patients in group F received Flurbiprofen axetil injection 1 mg/kg 15 minutes before operation;the patients in group P received pethidine 1.0 to 2.0 mg/kg 15 minites before operation;and the patients in group N received saline as a control. The VAS,RSS,vital signs and adverse reactions were observed. Results The F group showed lower VAS at any time point than the P and N group. The RSS in the F group were less than that in the P group,The side effects in group F were also less than those in group P. Conclusion Flurbiprofen axetil can offer more effective and safer preemptive analgesia for perioperative pain relief in eye surgery without any obvious adverse reaction.
