摘 要:目的研究低热量高蛋白肠外营养在腹部围手术期的临床应用价值。方法将30例患者随机分成研究组与对照组,研究组给予非蛋白热量[20kcal/(kg.d)],氮[0.32g/(kg.d)],对照组给予非蛋白热量[30kcal/(kg.d)],氮量[0.16g/(kg.d)],观察营养支持的效果和对代谢的影响。结果两组患者营养指标相对稳定,无显著差异性。研究组免疫指标高于对照组免疫指标,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于腹部大手术患者,低热量高蛋白肠外营养支持更符合其代谢特点,有利于应激反应的恢复,减少了患者的术后感染及并发症的发生。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of low calorie and high protein parerteral nutrition for patients in perioperative of abdominial operation. Methods 30 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups ( n = 15 each group). The observation group received nonprotein calorie 20 kcal/( kg · d), nitrogencontent 0.32 g/( kg · d). The control group received nonprotein calorie 30 kcal/( kg · d) ,nitrogen content 0.16 g/( kg · d). The effect of nutritional support and the impact on metabolism were observed. Results The nutritional index had no significant variability. The immune index of the observation group was higher than that of control group( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Hypocalloric and high protein parerteral nutrition was helpful to recovery from stress reaction and can reduce the infection and complication.
