摘 要:目的通过分析呼吸道常见致病菌的耐药现状和肺部细菌性感染治疗中抗生素的正确选用,为临床合理使用抗生素类药物提供参考。方法主要以治疗院内肺部感染为例,以碳青霉烯类抗菌药物临床实践为基础,参考最近国内外相关文献资料,分五部分进行了总结与讨论。结果碳青霉烯类抗菌药物对肺部细菌性感染具有广谱、高效的抗菌活性和相对低耐药率。结论该药物目前是院内肺部细菌性感染治疗中的一线抗菌药物。Objective To explore the drug-resistant actuality of common pathogen from respiratory tract infections and the proper application of antibiotics for experiential treatment of pulmonary bacterial infections, hope to offer new strategies to improve antibiotics use. Methods Taking the treatment of hospital acquired pneumonia(HAP;or NP: Nosocomial Pneumonia) as typical examples, consulting the theories and information from correlative papers of both domestic and abroad, we summarize and discuss the subjects based on clinical using of carbapenems antimicrobial medicines. Results The carbapenems are broad-spectrum, highest effective antibacterial medicines with lowest drug-resistant rate for pulmonary bacterial infections. Conclusion Carbapenems are applicable antimierobial medicines for HAP.
