摘　　要：校园网络是高校教学、科研和管理工作顺利开展的重要保障,是师生学习和交流的重要途径。基于短信平台与Web技术,设计开发了多模式人机交互的高校网管中心业务管理系统。该系统集网络设备管理、网络用户管理、技术资料管理等功能,通过短信功能发布病毒预警信息、使用警告信息等功能,用户可通过Web、手机短信方式实现网络故障申报、信息查询、服务评价,提高了校园网络的管理水平和服务质量。Campus network is the important guarantee of teaching, research and management, an important way of teacher - student learning and communication. Based on SMS platform and Web technology, the network management operation system with multi - model interaction is designed and developed. The system has integrated network equipment management, net - user management and technical data management. Through SMS and browser, the users can achieve the fault declaration, information query, service evaluation, which improves the campus network management level and service quality.
