摘　　要：随含硫天然气又含硫原油加工量增长与环保要求日趋严格，10年来又有不少克劳斯变体工艺及尾气处理新工艺出现，其中若干种系将克劳斯及尾气处理交叉组合为一体。本文简要评介了此期间问世的亚露点类、还原吸收类、直接氧化类及富氧克劳斯类等约30种新工艺，在此基础上探讨了此领域技术发展的特点。Along with the increse in processing volume of sour gas and sour crude oil, and with the strictness day by day of environmental protection standards, some variant Claus processes and new processes of tail gas treatment have arisen in the past few years, part of which are the crossed combination of Claus process and tail gas treatment technology. This paper briefly reviews about 30 kinds of new processes coming out during the time, including sub-dewpoint process, reduction-absorption process, direct oxidation process and rich oxygen Claus process, and then discusses the characteristics of technology development in this field.
