摘　　要：独立学院教师党支部组织生活存在着性质、政策、观念、经验及人员等特殊困难。北师大珠海分校信息学院教师党支部通过强调组织生活的总体要求、创新党支部组织生活的方式,构建多方位的保障体系,走出了党内组织生活的新路子。Difficulties of organizing activities for teachers＂ Party Branch ranging from its nature, regulations, conception, experience, personnel and ete. are existed. By emphasizing the general requirements of innovation in this branch of activities and of building a muhi-faceted security system, teachers＂ party branch of Information School, Beijing Normal University Zhuhai Campus embarks on new way of party organization.
