摘  要:通过对云南省和北京市山区丘陵区13个大中型输变电工程水土保持方案的编制工作,定量和定性地分析了输变电工程水土流失的特点,以期为同类工程的水土流量预测提供一定的理论依据。根据"因地制宜、因害设防"的原则,输变电建设应当依据水土流失预测结果,找准水土流失防治的重点部位,对水土流失的重点部位实施相应的防治措施,才能达到项目建设与生态环境同步进行的目的,为实现可持续发展战略提供科学依据。The characteristics of power transmission engineering construction period on the basis of cornpleting plan of soil and water conservation in the thirteen large and medium-sized power transmission engineering in mountain and hilly areas of YunNan province and Beijing are analyzed. It can be the theoretic reference for other analogous power transmission engineering. According to the principle of "adaptation to local conditions, prevention methods to local hazards" , the construction of power transmission should be based on the results of soil and water loss prediction, identify the focus of preventing, and take corresponding prevention measures in order to achieve the target of project construction and ecological environment objectives simultaneously. It can provide a scientific basis to realize the sustainable development strategy .
