摘 要:为解决大面积混凝土结构楼板在温度变化或混凝土收缩时产生的裂缝,在设计施工中采取加膨胀剂、沿长跨方向留后浇带和布置预应力钢筋等措施,按照弹性考虑混凝土的裂缝,同时考虑徐变和约束的影响因素。对屋面混凝土在温度变化和混凝土收缩徐变时的应力、应变规律进行了研究。结果表明,最大应变测点的最大拉应力低于C40混凝土抗拉设计值,满足二级抗裂要求。该方法为大面积混凝土结构楼板的设计与施工提供了依据。To prevent the crack in large area concrete floor induced by temperature change or concrete shrinkage,following measures were adopted in design and construction:adding swelling agent;setting post-poured strip along longitudal direction;arranging prestressed reinforcing bars;taking into account the crack according to plastics;and taking into account the influencing factors of creep and constaint.The stress and stain duc to the temperature change and concrete shrinkage creep were calculated for roofing concrete. Results show that the maximum tensile stress at maximum strain measuring point was lower that the design value for C40 concrete, therefore the 2nd level anti,crack request was met. This method provided basis for the design and construction of large area concrete floor.
