摘　　要：生产组织与计划问题是线性规划研究的主要问题之一,也是生产管理中非常重要的问题.提出了再生产组织与计划问题的数学模型,给出了该模型的求解方法,并对模型资源影子价格进行了分析,得出结论:资源的意愿价格影响资源的影子价格,也影响企业的最大利润.The organization and planning problem of production is one of the important problems of linear programming study, and also is very important problem in production management. In this article the organizative and planning model of reproduction is shown, the solving method of the model is given and the resource shadow price of the model is analysed. Getting the conclusion, the resource willing price affects the resource shadow price and also affects the maximum profits of enterprises.
