摘 要:选择体重75 kg左右大白生长猪160头,随机分为4个处理组,每组4个重复.对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,其他处理组喂含4%、8%、12%复合蛋白饲料.进行育肥猪饲养和屠宰试验,评价餐厨剩余物复合蛋白饲料对育肥猪生长性能、屠宰品质、猪肉重金属含量的影响,研究其在育肥猪日粮中的最佳用量.试验结果表明,添加8%复合蛋白日粮的试验组平均日增重、料肉比及屠宰率都显著优于对照组;添加12%复合蛋白日粮对育肥猪的生产性能和屠宰率没有负面影响;餐厨剩余物复合蛋白作为饲料对重金属在猪肉中的残留无任何影响.The experiment was conducted to study the effects of compound protein feed from the kitchen leftover on the growth performance, heavy metal content and meat quality of growing-finishing pigs and to study the optimal amount of the compound protein feed in the diets of the growing-finishing pigs. 160 white growing-finishing pigs with the weight of 75 kg were randomly divided into 4 groups, with 4 replicates in each group. The 4 groups included a control group fed with corn-soybean meal basal diets, and three experimental groups fed with diets containing the compound protein feed with an amount of 4% , 8% and 12% , respectively. The resuits show that: the experimental group feeding with the diets containing 8% compound protein is superior to the control group in the average daily gain, feed conversion ratio and dressing percentage; the diets containing 12% compound protein have no adverse influences on the growth performance and the dressing percentage of the growing-finishing pigs ; and the compound protein feed from the kitchen leftover is free of heavy metal residues in the pork product.
