摘　　要：现有的纸质文件管理方式已不能满足企业文件资料快速增长以及内部共享的需要。为企业提供一个有效的、自动化的网络文件管理系统非常重要。介绍了网络文件管理系统基于B/S模式的三层体系结构、构成要素以及功能设计,详细论述了COM缓冲在系统中的实现。COM缓冲的运用有效的提高了系统在网络平台上的访问效率,降低了系统消耗。The existing paper -based file management approach has failed to meet the rapid growth of documentation and internal sharing needs. To provide an efficient, automated network file management system is very important. The article introduces the three - tier architecture of network file management system which is based on B/S model, composing elements and function design, discusses in detail the implementationof COM buffer in the system. The utilization of COM buffer has effectively enhanced visit efficiency in network platform and reduced the consumption of system.
