摘　　要：对重大国际单项体育赛事及体育赛事基础性条件概念进行界定;结合专家建议,提出举办重大国际单项体育赛事的基础性条件:运动项目比赛的技术条件、赛事申办与组织的条件、主办国制度(广义)环境、主办城市的约束条件。Based on the definition of the conceptions of major international single-event sports competitions and the fundamental requirements for sports competitions and combined with experts＇ proposals, it put forward the fundamental requirements for holding major international single-event sports competitions, which included technical conditions for sports event competitions; the requirements for holding and organizing competitions, system environment （broad sense） of a holding country and the restrictive conditions of holding city.
