摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等,对新形势下我国高校竞技体育取得的成绩及存在的问题进行分析。提出我国高校竞技体育的发展策略:逐步取消试点申报政策,形成多种形式的项目布局;扩大招生比例,加快"一条龙"培训体系建设;推进教练员岗位专职化,引入教练员职称评聘制度;完善竞赛体系,打造赛事品牌;构建政府与社会结合型的三级管理体制;构筑科技创新平台,实施科教兴体战略。Using the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview etc., it made an analysis of the achievements won by and the problems existing in the competitive sport in China＇s institutions of higher learning under new situation and brought forward the strategy for the development of competifive sport in colleges and universities of our country, such as gradually revoking the policy of declaration of making experiments at selected point, forming diversified layout of events, enlarging the proportion of student enrollment, quickening the construction of ＂ a-coordinated-process＂ training system, pushing forward post professionalization of coaches, introducing the system of rating and appointing roaches＇ rifles, perfecting competitive system, bringing up honorable brands of competitions, setting up a govemment- with-society-combining three-level management system, building a platform for scientific and technical innovation and complementing the strategy for developing sport with science and technology.
