摘 要:使用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,考虑了轮胎的材料非线性、接触非线性以及大变形等复杂的力学特性,建立了185/70R14半钢子午线轮胎的三维有限元分析模型。探讨了静载荷和自由滚动工况下轮胎带束层和胎体层帘线在最低断面处和周向端部的受力情况,考察了不同载荷、速度下帘线受力的变化。结果表明:轮胎最低断面处静载荷下带束层受力呈M形,接地区胎体层受力呈W形,第一带束层末端受力小于第二带束层末端受力;滚动工况下轮胎带束层末端及胎体层反包端点周向力极值均出现在接地区。Using ABAQUS code, taken the material non-linearity,geometric non-linearity and con- tact non-linearity into account,a three-dimensional nonlinear finite element model for 185/70R14 half steel radial tire was constructed and used in the present study. On this basis, the cord forces at the lowest cross-section and the end of belt and carcass with variable static vertical loads and different free rolling speeds were investigated. Results show that the distributions of cord force at the lowest cross- section of belts display M shape, while the distribution of cord force of carcass displays W shape. The cord force at the edge of the first belt is less than the second one. With the rolling speed increasing, the cord force of belts and carcass at the touching road zone are amplified. The cord forces at the edge of belt and carcass have extreme magnitudes at the touching road zone.
