苏南全面小康社会的阶段性特征剖析——以无锡为例

摘　　要：苏南发展已进入由工业化中期向工业化后期过渡,由重点发展向优化发展转折,由工业文明向生态文明转型,由全面小康向基本现代化跨越的新阶段。在这一阶段,苏南的经济总量指标远高于全面小康指标,但富民程度不高;非农产业结构高于全面小康指标,但三产比重偏低;工业化已达到工业化后期水平,但投入产出效益偏低;社会建设硕果累累,但社会结构不合理;城市化水平高于全面小康指标,但城市现代化水平不高等阶段性特征。The economic development in Southern Jiangsu has been in a new phase of transition from medium term of industrialization to the late stage of industrialization, from key development to optimizing development, from industrial civilization to ecological civilization and from an overall moderately prosperous society to elementary modernization. The characteristics in this stage can be listed as follows： the economic aggregate index, is by far higher than that of an overall moderately prosperous society, the proportion of well-- to-- do people, however, is not so high ; non-- agricultural industrial-- organization structure is higher than the index to an overall moderately prosperous society, but the proportion of the tertiary industry is relatively low; industrialization has been in the late stage of industrialization, but the input--output effectiveness is low; great achievements on construction have been made, but unreasonable social structure still exists; the level of urbanization is higher than the index to an overall moderately prosperous society, but urban modernization is not so high.
