摘　　要：本文在界定科学活动中的"越轨"概念基础上,对当前科学活动中越轨行为的法律控制障碍作出解释,指出法律控制是对科学活动中的越轨行为进行有效控制的根本性手段;从而得出法律实现障碍与制度控制乏力直接导致科学活动失范的结论;最后从法律社会学视角寻求构建科学活动控制网络的法律路径。The article defined the ＂transgression＂ of science activities. It pointed out the legal control can control the transgression of science activities and it was the fundamental method ;The article also explained the barrier of legal control of transgression of the science activity and concluded it caused the transgression directly. Finally, from the law - sociology angle, the article seeked the legal way of constructing the network that could control the science activities.
