摘 要:结合广西电网部分终端变电站谐波污染严重、电压波动较大和无功补偿不足的现状,立足于治理投资小、补偿效率高、技术可靠先进的基点,提出了一种在广西电网变电站10 kV或35 kV侧综合抑制谐波和补偿无功的高压大功率电能质量补偿系统方案,详细分析了系统的拓扑结构、稳态补偿性能和谐振抑制性能,采用了基于离散傅立叶变换的滑窗迭代电流检测算法,构造了基于递推积分的离散滑模变结构控制器,最后建立了补偿系统的PSIM仿真模型,仿真试验结果充分验证了所提方案的正确性和有效性,为广西电网电能质量污染问题的综合解决提供了先进的技术支持。According to the situation of severe harmonic pollution, large voltage fluctuation and insufficient reactive power compensation capacity in some terminal substations of Guangxi power grid, a power quality compensation system scheme, which has high voltage and high power and can comprehensively suppress harmonic and compensate reactive power at 10kV and 35kV side of substation, are proposed on the basis of small investment, high compensation efficient, advanced and reliable technology. The system' s topology, steady compensation performance and resonance suppression performance are analyzed in detail. The sliding-window iterative current detection algorithm based on discrete Fourier transform is used to construct a discrete sliding mode variable structure controller based on recursive integral. Then a PSIM simulation model of the compensation system is build. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme is valid and effective, and can give advanced technology support to the comprehensive solution of power quality pollution problem in Guangxi power grid.
