摘　　要：在自己研制的流式细胞仪的基础上进行了功能开发，增加了对细胞进行分选的功能；研制了以氙灯代替氩离子激光器的小型流式细胞仪；编写了新的软件。此项工作扩展了仪器的使用范围，更好地发挥了原有仪器的作用。这种新型流式细胞仪可以在生物学研究和临床医学研究中得到广泛的应用，有很好的发展前景。The functions of a home - made flow cytometer were developed. A flow cytometer cell - sorter was made, a compactflow cytometer with xeon laznp instead of argon-ion laser as its light source was assembled, and a new software of windows version wasdesigned. This work extends the application of flow cytometer and makes the best of the original instrument. This kind of new now cytome-ter can be widely used in the biology and medical research, it also has a broad prosPect in its development.
