摘　　要：常用多色仪的同时谱宽和分辨率间存在矛盾，本文所述的多层光栅多色仪能有效地解决这一矛盾，使用在光学多道分析仪（OMA）系统中效果甚佳。There is generally a contradiction between the spectral resolution and the measurable width of simultaneous spectra on the modern spectral measurement sysytem.
