奈法唑酮安全性、耐受性药动学试验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨奈法唑酮的安全性和耐受性。方法应用随机双盲平行实验的方法,对17名健康人体的奈法唑酮的药动学参数进行分析(Cmax、AUC0～8、AUC0～∞)。结果奈法唑酮在预期治疗量200～600mg/d,8～12h分次给药,有很好的安全性和耐受性。结论奈法唑酮是一种很好的抗抑郁药物。Objective To explore the safety and tolerability about nefazodone.Method To use parallel randomized double-blind method through analyzying 17 healthy bodies pharmacokinetic parameters（Cmax、AUC0～8、AUC0～∞） of Nefazodone.Result It has a very good safety and tolerability for the nefazodone by giving the expecting cure dose 200～600mg in the 8～12 hours dividing per day.Conclusion Nefazodone is a good antidepressant medication.
