金属钛夹在结肠息肉内镜切除中的应用

摘　　要：目的讨论金属钛夹应用于结肠息肉在内镜下高频电凝电切结合使用治疗效果。方法肇庆市第一人民医院对结肠息肉55例患者采用电凝电切、金属钛夹夹闭创面的治疗。分别接受1～3枚钛夹钳夹治疗,术中及术后观察出血、穿孔等并发症情况。结果55例患者手术过程顺利,无1例出现术中或术后渗血及穿孔,共使用金属钛夹73枚。结论在内镜下电切结肠息肉治疗中,选择合适的病例配合熟练的操作,金属钛夹可以起到迅速止血和预防再出血、穿孔等并发症的作用,金属钛夹不失为一种有效的手段。Objective To discuss the application of titanium folder treat colonic polyps witn endoscopic resection combine high-frequency electrocoagulation. Methods 55 cases of colon polyps patients treatment with electrocoagulation and clipping folder titanium wound in the first people＇ s hospital of Zhaoqing. Patients were treated with 1-3 titanium folder, and to observe the complications such as bleeding and perforation during intraoperative and postoperative. Results 55 cases of patients surgery were successful, no case emergence of bleeding and perforation during intraoperative or postoperative, and using a total of 73 titanium folder. Conclusion Colonic polyps patients treatment with endoscopic resection combine high-frequency electrocoagulation, if choice the appropriate cases with a skilled operator, titanium folder can be to stop bleeding and prevent the rapid re-bleeding, so the titanium folder is an effective method.
