摘　　要：根据防止脆性断裂工程方法进行的研究，通过对１１５０板坯初轧机轧辊２４种工况应力强度因子计算结果的统计分析，得到了比较可靠的轧辊临界环裂深度，对工程具有一定的指导意义和实用价值。This research is based on the design idea of preventing material from brittle fracture. A reliable critical crack depth is obtained according to computing the stress strength factors on 24 cases of the roll in the primary mill and statistics analysis on the results. These results have useful valuability in engineering.
