摘　　要：监狱机关的行政处罚仅仅包括警告、记过、禁闭三种,已经不能满足现代行刑与狱政管理工作的需要。从理论和实践两方面来考虑,有必要增加新的处罚手段,应增加罚款、没收非法财物和违法所得、降低处遇级别等三种处罚方式。The jail administrative sanctions include three kinds： warning, mark misconduct, and confinement, which could not satisfy the need of the modern execution and the prison supervisory work. It is necessary to increase the new punishment method considering from practice and the theory, for example, three punishment methods： the fine, illegal belongings and obtained confiscation, fall of the meeting rank, and so on.
