摘　　要：从1997年《刑法》颁布至今,有关间接受贿犯罪的客观构成要件就存在一些争议,某些构成要件的合理性也受到人们的质疑。本文拟总结已有研究成果,具体阐明间接受贿犯罪的客观构成要件,并指明其存在的缺陷,以期引起人们的关注,并通过立法活动加以修改、完善。There have been disputes on objective constitutive elements of the indirect corruption crime since amended Criminal Law promulgated in 1997, and some people doubt whether the objective constitutive elements of the indirect corruption crime is suitable. This article will summarize the research results and expose the meanings of the objective constitutive elements of the indirect corruption crime. The author will point out the flaws in the objective constitutive elements of the indirect corruption crime, and expect that the indirect corruption crime is focused on by more people and is perfected by legislative procedure.
