摘　　要：我国拥有超过400亿平米的既有建筑,其中绝大多数存在着抗灾能力差、能耗高、使用功能差等问题,中国建筑改造网以既有建筑改造技术交流平台为定位,以行业规范、案例、论文、工法、管理等诸多文章为主要内容,囊括综合改造、暖通空调、给排水、电气、节能,历史建筑等板块,为既有建筑的改造提供技术支持。网站实行会员制,可实现论文的检索、下载,并及时发布企业最新供求信息;网站采用ASP.NET2.0平台,使用C#语言进行程序开发,遵循高标准W3C的DIV+CSS写法,并对搜索引擎进行了优化,一系列软件新技术的应用令网站的使用更加方便、快捷和安全。There are more than 40 billion square meters of existing buildings in China. For most of these existing buildings, there are lots of problems such as week ability against diaster, high energy consumption and bad using function. China Building Renovation Website is a technology exchange resource platform for existing buildings. Including articles such as industiral norms, cases, papers, technological method, management etc. The website is separated into ten sections such as comprehensive renovation, HVAC, water supply and drainage, electrical, energy saving, historical building etc, which provide technical support for existing building renovation. The website adopts membership system. The members can retrieval and download articles from the network, anymore some member enterprises can release its ＇ latest supply-demand informations. To make sure the network working convenient, fast and safe, ASP.NET 2.0 platform has been used on the website, at the same time C# language and W3C high standard DIV＋CS writing principle are used to writing program, search engines optimization and series of new technology about software all have been used on the website.
