健全游客为本的旅游保险制度刍议

摘　　要：旅游行业风险较高,旅游保险是必要的,而现行的旅行社责任保险不能起到应有的作用,旅游意外险又常常被忽视。建立有用的旅游保险需要改革和完善现行的旅行社责任保险,弥补无过错责任的保险空白,严禁随意设置保险理赔的前提条件,开发新的保险产品。Because of the high risk of the tourism industry, travel insurance is necessary. And that the existing travel agency liability insurance can not play its due role, travel accident insurance is also often ignored. The establishment of useful travel insurance need reform and improve the existing travel agency liability insurance, to make up for no- fault liability insurance gap, and insurance is prohibited arbitrarily to set a precondition for the development of new insurance products. And must attach the importance of travel accident insurance.
