构建一体化联合作战军交运输指挥理论体系方法研究

摘　　要：随着信息化战争时代的到来，基于一体化联合作战军交运输指挥特点规律认识为主线而构建作战军交运输指挥理论体系架构及主体理论内容，已成为军交运输战线研究的重要课题。构建一体化联合作战军交运输指挥理论体系，应以马克思主义哲学方法论为指导，以新世纪新阶段我军军事交通运输可能担负的使命任务为牵引，注意应用复杂系统理论方法，按基础性问题研究与应用性课题研究两大部分进行架构，纵向打通传统战役与战术军交运输指挥理论体系界限，横向淡化按军交运输方式指挥的分类研究。With the coming of information warfare era, based on the characteristics and rules of integrated joint operations transportation command, the estabilishment of military transportation command theory structures and main contents is an im- portant task for discussion. Guided by the methods of Marxist philosophy and directed by the missions which we take on in the future, the establishment should start from two parts, basic theory research and practical theory research, and breaking the traditional boundaries between campaign transportation command theories and tactical transportation command theories. At the same time, the establishment should avoid the classified study in the ways of military transportation command.
