摘　　要：探索非战争军事行动中的思想政治工作特点与规律，结合非战争军事行动军交运输保障的自身特点，提出了充分发挥思想政治工作在非战争军事行动军交运输保障中的服务保证作用，不断提高思想政治工作的统领力，增强思想政治工作的凝聚力和感召力，强化思想政治工作的执行力。The paper researches the characteristics and rules of ideology and political work in other - than - war military actions positively, combining with the characteristics of the military transportation guarantee, it also puts forward service function in other - than - war military actions to improve and strengthen the effect in governance, agglomeration and execution of ideology and political work.
