肠外营养在12例肠瘘病人中的应用

摘　　要：目的总结肠外营养治疗肠瘘病人的经验及体会。方法回顾性分析12例肠瘘患者肠外营养的实施方法及实施过程中的注意事项,对本组患者一旦确诊肠瘘既要注意纠正水、电解质与酸碱失衡,又要加强局部引流、应用有效抗生素控制感染,同时实施肠外营养支持治疗。结果12例病人实施营养支持治疗10例病人瘘口自行愈合,1例结肠瘘经营养改善后行确手术治疗痊愈。结论及时有效的肠外营养支持治疗能使大部分肠瘘病人获得自行愈合。Objective To summarize the experience of parenteral nutritional （PN） support in the treatment of gastrointestinal fistulas. Methods A series of 12 patients with gastrointestinal fistula were presented. The announcements of PN support were retrospectively analyzed. When we corrected acid - based imbalance, draining and antibiotics were moved simultaneously for patients during PN support. Results The fistulas healed spontaneously in 10 cases. Opera- tive resection of fistulous segments during the time of nutritional support was successful for one case. Conclusions Available PN was an essential treatment for patients with intestinal fistulas. It encouraged the spontaneous closure of most intestinal fistulas.
