摘　　要：2008年11月以来，中国的外贸出口急剧下滑。国内商业银行及其相关业务的发展也经受着考验，如何应对外贸及宏观经济运行形势变化，成为各家商业银行的共同目标与亟需研究的课题。Since November of 2008,the amount of foreign export has been down sharply.The development of domestic commercial banks is confronting or-deals,how to cope with the changes of foreign trade and macroscopic economic situation becomes the common goal being urgently studied to every commercial bank.
