摘　　要：本文在进行了电力系统生产部门的需求分析和当前ＭＩＳ的功能分析之后，提出如何在现有ＭＩＳ的基础上，建立一个面向对象的一次接线图查询系统，提高ＭＩＳ的使用效率。This paper first analysis the requests of the production department of the power system and the functions of the executing MIS, Then propose how to develop a object-oriented production management query system about the first connection map based on the executing MIS.
