摘  要:为解决宝钢2030mm冷轧机组高强钢的板形问题,提高实物板形质量,本文从板形控制目标曲线设定的基本原理出发,现场实测了高强钢温度场,考虑高强钢产品的不同用途,并结合板形屈曲临界值计算,对高强钢板形目标曲线进行了优化。优化后的高强钢板形目标曲线作为一项辅助措施已投入生产应用,取得明显效果。In order to resolve the flatness problem of the new product--high strength steel in 2030mm tandem cold mill of Baosteel, improve flatness of practicality quality, began with the essential theory of the target curve, measured the temperature field of high strength steel, considered the various fate of high strength steel product, and combined the calculation of flatness buckling critical values, this paper optimized the flatness target curve of high strength steel. As a assistant method the optimized high strength steel flatness target curve has been used for production and good effect is obtained.
