摘　　要：分析了人本管理的特点和煤矿企业中与以人为本理念相违背的现象,给出了煤矿企业人本管理的几点建议。This paper discloses and analyzes the characteristics of People-oriented management and the actual practice in coal mines contrary to the People-oriented ideology. The paper also provides a few key points focusing on the People-oriented management in coal mines.
