摘 要:采用二维相关红外技术,并借助于变温过程所跟踪的动态光谱进行分析研究,分析鉴别了来自不同地区的车前草。对不同地区车前草的峰位、峰形、峰强进行比较,可知它们的一维谱图没有明显的区别,而二维相关谱图中,异步图差异比较明显。凭借二维红外相关谱上的自动峰和交叉峰可以较直观的鉴别不同产地的车前草,而且还可以揭示其两者相应各官能团的变化规律。该法快速、准确,可作为中药材鉴定提供一种方法和手段。Several different areas of plantain were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) combined with two-dimensional infrared correlation spectroscopy (2D-IR).Comparing the absorption peaks,absorption figures and absorption intensity of different areas of plantain,we found that they were similar to each other in one-dimensional IR spectra,however,the difference among areas of plantain was evident in the map of synchronous and asynchronous two-dimensional infrared correlation spectroscopy after transforming into 2D infrared correlation spectroscopy. Thus different areas of plantain distinguished directly by autopeaks map of synchronous and crosspeaks map of asynchronous in 2D FTIR spectral. Moreover, the change of corresponding functional groups could be revealed. The fast and accurate properties make 2D IR spectroscopy a powerful method for testing medicinal herbs.
