摘 要:建立了直接进样测定切削液和机床排泄物中汞含量的无损分析方法。该方法准确度和精密度高,方法检出限可达0.07ng,回收率在87.3%—106.5%范围内,该方法解决了样品前处理过程中汞的损失问题,并大大缩短了汞的检测时间,用于切削液和机床排泄物中汞含量测定,结果满意。A new method for the determination of mercury in cutting fluid and machining process waste fluid by cold atomic absorption spectrometry coupled with direct sampling method was established.The caccuracy and precision of the direct determination method of mercury were reliable.The detection limit of the method was 0.07ng while the recovery was from 87.3% to 106.5%.This method solved the mercury losing problem in the handling process and reduced the analytical period obviously and could be applied to the direct determination of mercury in cutting fluid and machining process waste fluid with satisfactory results.
