摘  要:通过自制的渗透性能测试装置测定不同皮肤防护材料的渗透时间和渗透率,考察试片耐硝酸羟胺基推进剂的渗透性能,建立皮肤防护材料耐硝酸羟胺基推进剂渗透性能测试方法,并选择相应的防护材料,据此作为硝酸羟胺基推进剂防护装具主材质的选择依据。通过几种防护材料渗透性能的测试比对,确定涤纶基布涂覆聚氨酯作为硝酸羟胺防护服和面罩基本材料,选择0.40 mm胶膜厚度的丁基胶作为防护手套材料。The testing method of permeability for skin protective materials of propellant is studied, by which the skin protective material against HAN-Based propellant is determined. The permeability of the samples of skin protective materials is studied by the permeation time and permeation ratio which are abtained by a self-made permeability testing equipments. The testing method for permeability of skin protective materials against HAN-Based propellants is developed and the specified protective materials for HAN-Based propellants is fixed by the testing results. After the permeation performances of the different skin protective materials compared, polyurethane (PU) coating on pllyester fibre is chosen to be the main material of the protective suit and mask. Meanwhile butyl rubber with thickness of 0.40 mm is chosen as the material of protective gloves.
