摘　　要：看病贵一直是群众反映的热点问题,而按服务项目收费是刺激医疗费用上升的主要原因之一。按病种支付医疗费用是控制医疗费用上升的有益尝试。本文探讨了单病种付费的积极影响与存在的弊端,为医院完善单病种付费制度提供理论依据。The high price of medical services is a continuous disputable topic in public. Fee for service is one of the main reasons of increasing medical expenditure. Fee for disease is a useful attempt of controlling medical expenditure growth. The pros and cons of limited price charge for single disease are discussed to make reference of perfecting limited price charge for single disease.
