摘　　要：目的研究心力衰竭患者血浆脑钠素(BNP)水平与心力衰竭严重程度、左室功能等因素的关系。方法采用免疫放射分析法测定122例心力衰竭患者治疗前后和20例对照组血浆BNP浓度;用心脏彩色多普勒超声诊断仪测定左室射血分数、左心室舒张末期内径。结果心力衰竭患者BNP浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.01);BNP水平随着心功能纽约分级(NYHA)程度的加重而显著增高,其与左室射血分数呈负相关(r=-0.34,P<0.001),治疗后随心功能好转BNP浓度下降,左心室舒张末期内径明显改善(P<0.05)。结论心力衰竭患者血BNP水平随着心力衰竭严重程度的增加而升高,并能较好地反映左室功能状态。Objective To investigate the correlation between the brain natriuretic peptide （BNP） level in serum and the severity of heart failure（HF） as well as the left ventricular function（LVF） in pa- tients with HF. Methods 122 patients with HF before and after treatment and 20 control subjects were investigated by measuring the BNP level in serum, the left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） and the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter（LVEDD）. Results The serum BNP level in patients with HF were markedly higher than those of control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）, and the increase of BNP level was closely correlated with the severity of NYHA function class. The BNP levels were correlated negatively with the LVEF（ r = -0.34, P 〈 0. 001 ）. After treatment, the LVEDD in HF patients was obviously improved （ P 〈 0.05 ）, however, the BNP level in serum was markedly decreased after treatment. Conclusion The increase of BNP levels is closely correlated with the severityof HF, further more, the BNP levels also better reflected the LVF.
