四季报春种子萌芽生物学特性研究

摘　　要：采用种子常规发芽试验对四季报春种子活力测定,并对四季报春种子的形态,吸水特性以及萌芽特性进行研究,以期找到最适合种子储存和萌芽的环境条件。结果表明,四季报春的种子细小,种子千粒重(0.121±0.002 3)g,种子吸水约需要6 h就能达到水分饱和状态。4℃遮光保存1a后萌芽率下降了约10%。四季报春经赤霉素处理后发芽整齐,但对种子的萌芽率影响不显著。四季报春种子在25℃,光照条件下萌发率最高。Appearance of water sopping properties and germination characteristics of the seeds of Primula obconica were studied. The seeds of P. obconica were small and the weight of 1 000-seed was 0. 121± 0. 002 3 g. Time of water sopping of seeds to saturated state was about 6 h. The germination rate was less than 10% after one year stored at 4℃. The seeds germinated regularly with the treatment of gibberellins, but it had no effects on the germination rate. The best germinating condition was at 25℃ with sunlight.
