摘 要:合成了一种新型的基于查尔酮衍生物的极性荧光探针,该探针是由4’-N,N-二甲氨基-4-氨基查尔酮与蒽醛通过希夫碱反应生成荧光物质R。对比研究该荧光探针在不同溶剂中的荧光光谱,发现荧光强度随着溶剂极性的增加显著降低,可以用来检测有机溶剂中的水含量。建立了一种新的乙醇中水含量荧光分析方法。在水的体积分数为0~4.00%时,荧光强度与水含量成良好的线性关系.检测限为0.0115%。A new polar sensitive probe chalcone derivative R was synthesized through the Schiff base reaction of 4'-N, N-dimethylamino-4-amino-chalcone and anthraldehyde. The fluorescence spectra of the probe in different solvents were studied. The fluorescence intensity of probe significantly reduced with the increase of polarity of solvents, which can be used for monitoring the water content in organic solvents. In the experiment, the authors take the ethanol for an ex- ample, a method of fluorescence analysis to determinate water content in ethanol was proposed. In the range of ca. 0 -4.00% ( V/V), the fluorescence intensity of R changed as a linear function of water content with the detection limit of 0.0115%. The method has the advantages of high sensitivity, simplicity and rapidness.
