摘 要:在pH3.6的HAc-NaAc缓冲介质中,V(V)与4-(2-吡啶)偶氮.间苯二酚(PAR)及阴离子表面活性剂SDS形成稳定缔合物,在290nm和570nm处出现两个较强的共振散射峰,在一定条件下,于570nm处,共振散射光强度△/与钒含量在0~0.06ug/mL范围内呈良好线性关系,由此建立了测定微量钒的高灵敏度共振光散射新方法。考察了适宜的反应条件和影响因素,研究了共存物质的影响,方法检出限为0.0023ug/mL。用此法测定植物样品中钒含量,相对标准偏差小于5%,回收率为96%~104%。In the HAc-NaAc buffer medium with pH 3.6, V( V ) reacts with 4-(2-pyridylazo)-resorcinol (PAR) and anionic surfactants sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) to form an ionic association complex that exhibits two strong resonance scattering peaks at 290 nm and 570 nm. At 570 nm, the resonance scattering intensity is proportional to the V( V ) concentration in the range of 0 - 0.06ug/mL. A new method of resonance light scattering with high sensitivity was developed for determining trace V(V). The optimum conditions of the reaction system and the influence of coexistent substances were investigated. The detection limit for vanadium is 0. 0023 ug/mL. The method was applied to the determination of V( V ) in the plant samples with relative standard deviation less than 5% and recoveries of 96%-104%.
