新莞人的社会保障问题分析

摘　　要：改革开放以来,东莞取得惊人的发展成就,离不开数百万新莞人的贡献。但是,新莞人的社会保障工作却存在不少问题,其原因也是多方面的。对此,可以采取以下措施加以解决:提高新莞人的工资待遇;完善社会保障制度:鼓励新莞人入户东莞,解决新莞人住房问题:切实提高新莞人的社会地位,享受市民待遇。Since Reform and Opening-up Policy, the spectacular achievement on Dongguan＇s development could not have been fulfilled without the contributions made by millions of new Dongguanese. However, there exists many problems on the social security of the new Dongguanese. And the reasons are varied. We can solve this problem with such measures as follows： pay more salaries to the new Dongguan people, perfect the system of social security, encourage them to register and get a resident permit and solve their problem of housing, enhance their social class practically and give them the treatment of city citizens.
