浅谈热科院国际科技合作

摘　　要：加强国际科技合作,实施"走出去"和"请进来",对中国热带农业科学院(简称"热科院")创建世界一流的热带农业科技中心具有重要意义。本文分析热科院开展国际科技合作的优势,根据国家对国际科技合作的新要求和热科院已有的基础,探讨提出热科院开展国际科技合作、提升国际合作能力的几点想法。It is of importance for Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences （CATAS） to strengthen international scientific and technological cooperation and to actualize the strategy of ＂going out＂ and ＂bringing in＂ in a view to develop into a world top-ranking center for tropical agricultural science and technology. The advantages and disadvantages of CATAS are analyzed based on the new requirements of China on international scientific and technological cooperation and the available resources of CATAS, and several suggestions for improving the international cooperation capacity of CATAS are brought forward as well.
